Fanny - the Soul River Voice

My name is Fanny. I am a singer, an explorer of sacred vocal traditions, a facilitator of sound yoga and intuitive singing workshops, and an anthropologist of ritual.
Since always, I have been deeply sensitive to the beauty of life, to elemental forces, and to the subtle energies of nature. Rivers, trees, the wind, birdsong — all of it inspires me. Nature is, for me, a matrix, a living temple where I reconnect with what is essential.
I have always been highly sensitive. As a child and young adult, I was introverted, disconnected from my body, lacking self-confidence, and struggling to express my emotions.
I discovered my voice as a grounding force — a way to embody my strength, affirm my identity, and transform my emotions. Exploring the infinite expression of the Self through intuitive and sacred singing became a path of resilience for me.
Through singing, I was able to move through challenges, release anger, sadness, and silence.
It has repaired me, reorganized me, purified me. Through it, I found my inner axis, my sense of wholeness, and my energetic autonomy.
I see conscious singing as a sacred practice of realignment with our deeper essence. It reactivates our inner light, our solar radiance — it is a gateway to our divine nature.
When the voice is free, when sound flows through the body, the waters of our emotions begin to move again. Energy circulates freely through the body. The vibrations of our voice nourish and heal both our body and our life.
Our voice is the river of our soul.
I was born in Liège and come from the Belgian and French Ardennes.
For over ten years, I have been facilitating sound yoga and intuitive singing workshops, mantra circles, and meditative concerts.
I sing for wellness and yoga centers, as well as for ceremonies, throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.
I also offer individual sessions, including sound-based therapeutic work inspired by energetic and ritual practices, vocal yoga, and life coaching.
My approach, shaped by years of study and exploration, weaves together voice, breath, movement, yin yoga, Taoist practices related to vital and feminine sexual energy, yoga nidra, sound yoga, and shamanic singing.
Alongside my training in classical European vocal techniques (six years of music theory, five years of piano, and classical singing at the Academy), I studied Indian devotional singing (Dhrupad) for six years, as well as various forms of sacred singing from both ancient and contemporary traditions.
I hold a degree in anthropology (University of Liège), and my thesis focused on Bwiti shamanic rituals in Gabon.
There, I discovered the profound power of voice and ritual music in the healing process.
At the age of 18, I spent a year in Peru, where I was already observing and experiencing Amazonian shamanism and the power of vibrational healing through icaros (sacred songs).
Since then, my personal and professional path has unfolded at the crossroads of voice, healing, ritual, and spirituality.
Today, my work is rooted in a deep and embodied vocal practice, at the intersection of artistic expression and therapeutic support. I integrate tools for emotional release, energetic rebalancing, and subtle listening to the body and the soul.
Sacred sound, for me, is a bridge between the visible and the invisible, between earth and sky, between the body and the infinite.
In every culture, there are sacred vocal traditions that reconnect humans to something greater — to ancestors, to the spirits of nature, to animal guides, to angels, to collective consciousness.
Everything is vibration.
And vibration brings us back both to the Whole, and to ourselves.
