Collective Sound Baths
I invite you to a moment of return to yourself, in a cocoon of gentleness and vibration.
Lying comfortably on your yoga mat, wrapped in a blanket, you let yourself be carried away by an inner journey of energetic reharmonization, a guided yoga nidra meditation to support the sound journey, a bath of subtle regenerating frequencies and vibrant silence.
During this sound bath, I blend my voice with vibrational therapy instruments (singing bowls, drums, chimes, shruti boxes, etc.), world medicine chants, mantras, and intuitive chants that I channel according to the energetic needs of the moment. These sounds come to meet your cells, release your tensions, and fluidify what needs to circulate.
Before diving into sound meditation, I suggest a grounding time in a circle, where we share some sounds, mantras or meditative breaths together, to open the space in consciousness and in the body.
And at the end, a circle of mantras extends the experience with those who wish.
No experience is necessary.

Timo, originally from Flemish Limburg, shares intuitive and immersive music through handpan and guitar. His intention is simple: to soothe the mind and brighten the listener's day through the power of sound. He composes and records in his own home studio, capturing the essence of music in the great outdoors with a sensitive and authentic approach.
